What was done

Rewrote knowledge/dev/laws/prompt-muc-tieu-mo-for-claude-code.md (was v1.3, ~43.8k chars / ~900 lines of legacy scale-numerology essay) into a short operating skill v2.0 (~145 lines) that GPT + Agent/T1/Claude Code can actually remember and apply during long operations. update_document → revision 42.

Old file: what was outdated / kept / removed

• Outdated (removed/compressed): entire "x" scale numerology (1x…100000x), full changelog v0.8–v1.3, §4D legacy run-time evidence (9000x 43m38s etc.), 90–180m runtime target, project-coupled digressions (Qdrant onboarding, Điều 45 Queue Law, Big Design Pack DP1–DP7, KB-Update-Safety search_terms block), the 25-block §8 mega-template.

Notes / honest caveats

• "1 đọc + 5 rõ + 2 khóa" is a synthesized mnemonic — the source used an 8-line formula, not that exact phrase. Mapping preserved all 8 lines + the 15-item pre-live gate intent (collapsed into the 2 locks).
• Checkpoint placed under existing tool-kiem-thu/checkpoints/ because the spec's knowledge/dev/laws/checkpoints/ does not exist.
• 00-index NOT mutated (unrelated index; no clear convention requiring it for a laws-level doc). Reported as omission.
