What was done

• Read SSOT (KB rev86 index + 113-doc folder + named Phase2/3/B4′/B7 docs); read native PG/Directus governance surfaces read-only.
• Discovered + classified 41 objects/accessories (TKT-OBJ-001..041): tool/code, sandbox/security, CI repo/runner/workflow, packet/fixture/catalog, schema/contract, evidence/report/checkpoint, new taxonomy, and this macro's own deliverables.
• Built object registry (md+json), orphan report, lifecycle/authority map, CI repo lifecycle record.
• Audited the native auto-birth/governance system (first-hand query_pg): it EXISTS and is live, but only governs rows already in governed Directus/PG collections; the project's external/file objects are not detected; KB-doc auto-births are certified=false/owner=null/address=null.
• Produced auto-system audit, auto-detection coverage matrix, taxonomy-gap report, future-macro no-orphan rule, roadmap (Phase 3.5 inserted), and two action-ready blocker packets (7 auto-governance root-cause + 9 onboarding-residual).

• Production-registry insertion, catalog promotion (B7-EXP-1), export service (B7-EXP-2/D9), KB writer (D10), gate consumer (D11), taxonomy insertion: all action-ready AUTHORITY blockers — NOT done here.
