1. Why not executed

G6 proves properties of an updated deployed v0.6. No deploy happened (Report 06), so there is nothing post-deploy to prove. The deployed iu-cutter-v0.6 is still the pre-O8A baseline and has no live-wiring seam.

2. Pre-deploy evidence the wiring is correct (staging copy)

Although G6 cannot run, the O8A staging change set was exercised on Contabo (Report 04) and demonstrates the properties G6 would later assert on the deployed tree:
