Current position

Roadmap 27 bước cần rebase vì sau bước 8 đã mở thêm Pack 1 DB foundation và Pack 2 readiness.

• Steps 1–4: DONE. READ-ONLY simulation, decision pack, and writable pilot approval path completed.
• Steps 5–8: DONE in pilot/KB sense. IU-0 and P38-XC were selected; design_doc_section was seeded as pilot vocab; writable slices executed on KB docs; no PG IU production rows created.
• Pack 1 DB foundation: DONE/PASS. information_unit and unit_version exist live with 0 rows, birth gates active, 14/14 smoke tests PASS.
• Pack 2 Readiness: DONE/PASS. Decision pending; recommended Option A governance cleanup first.
• Điều 20: DONE. New process law enacted and applies to the next IU-0 execution pack.
• Steps 9–17: NOT DONE for PG-based IU. They belong to the next CRUD/minimal use phase after governance cleanup.
• Steps 18–22: NOT STARTED. Outbox/vector/search adapter remain deferred.
• Steps 23–27: NOT STARTED. Need after real PG pilot.

Recommended next move

Do not jump directly to roadmap step 9. First execute the inserted governance checkpoint:

1. Pack 2 Option A — Governance cleanup execution design/prompt under Điều 20.
2. User/GPT review and approve before runtime write.
3. Claude Code executes only after checkpoint, with read-only discovery first.
4. After Option A PASS, resume roadmap at step 9: CRUD hot path PG pilot, versioning, canonical address, profile JSONB, minimal edge, slice workflow.

Roadmap rebase

Old roadmap steps 1–8 are effectively closed. New immediate next checkpoint is Pack 2 Option A, inserted between old step 8 and old step 9.

After Option A, continue with a combined Pack 2B / Minimal CRUD Pilot covering old steps 9–16.
