dot-iu-cutter v0.6 O10 Generic Target Path PASS

Date: 2026-05-21

O10 is accepted as PASS / READY_FOR_SOVEREIGN_APPROVAL_WITH_GENERIC_TARGET_PATH. It closed GAP8 precondition P-A by adding a generic small-document intake and dry-run path. It kept production unchanged and execution_enabled false.

Accepted delivery:

  • Mac commit f111d4a.
  • New generic_intake.py, parse_generic_document, GenericIntakeDiscoverer, parse/dry-run CLI.
  • Synthetic 3-unit fixture and 15 tests.
  • Local and VPS tests passed 486/486.
  • Artifact deployed to VPS.
  • Generic dry-run proof passed, Mac and VPS digests identical.
  • DB counts unchanged.

Remaining blockers are now mainly sovereign/operator:

  • SG_1 approval for first orchestrator-managed production run.
  • Authority to flip execution_enabled for approved run.
  • F4 BACKUP_GPG_FPR keypair/operator step.

Macro sizing note: O10 still completed too quickly because it closed one major technical gap and then hit sovereign/operator blockers. The next macro must be a broader program bundle that includes multiple independent non-sovereign tracks, such as sandbox agent patch pipeline and text-as-code structure ops planning, rather than only the first production run path.

Suggested next macro: O11_AUTOMATION_AND_AGENT_SANDBOX_PROGRAM_BUNDLE.

Recommended effort: high or xhigh. Start host: VPS if building sandbox/runtime and operator packages; Mac only if source commit/artifact is required.
