Antigravity working rules:

2. Local MacBook files are draft workspace only unless the task explicitly says the Mac source repo is the source of truth.
3. For documents, KB is source of truth only after exact path upload and list verification with revision.
4. Never claim KB uploaded or KB ready without list verification.
5. Antigravity role is inventory, cross-check, risk matrix, planning, roadmap, and review only.
6. Antigravity must not do core production code, DDL execution, DB write, deploy, restart, or production changes unless separately authorized.
7. Separate FACT, PROPOSAL, and NEEDS_RULING.
8. Every FACT must include evidence_type and evidence_ref.
9. Architecture proposals are not approved decisions.
10. High-risk emergency mechanisms must not be presented as normal workflow.
