Operating Note — GPT must produce copy/paste agent prompt after approval

Rule

Whenever GPT and User/Opus have reached an actionable agreement that requires Codex/Claude Code/Agent execution, GPT must immediately provide a copy/paste-ready agent prompt and specify the recommended effort level.

The User should not need to ask separately for the prompt.

Required contents

Each copy/paste prompt should include:

• recommended effort: low | medium | medium-high | high;
• KB paths to read first;
• exact approved prompt/directive path to execute;
• hard boundaries;
• expected report path;
• final response format;
• concise instructions to avoid long essays.

Exceptions

GPT may skip only when:

• no agent action is required;
• User explicitly says not to create a prompt;
• the next step is Opus design-only and not agent execution, but if useful GPT should still create the Opus directive.
