GPT/User lock exact contract based on inventory findings:

• Which of 10 REQUIRED_AT_BIRTH items are already covered vs missing
• Which of 7 REQUIRED_HOOK_AT_BIRTH items have hooks vs missing
• Priority ranking for gaps

Phase B3 — Implementation prompt for birth completion

Agent prompts for approved patches. Self-contained, discovery-first, no hardcode.

Phase B4 — Backfill existing objects missing metadata

Backfill 15,307+ existing births with new metadata fields. Read-only audit first, then GPT-approved backfill.

Phase B5 — Re-evaluate 5C2 migration

5C2 rev4 adapted to use completed birth system. Migration simpler because birth handles more automatically.
