Scope:

1. Document official Nuxt deploy path.
2. Resolve VPS/origin divergence.
3. Fix compose drift.
4. Remove dead Artifact Registry path.
5. Add DOT check for stale .output and deploy drift.
6. Decide long-term official deploy mode: GHA direct vs VPS-local build.
7. Record rollback/runbook in Đ41 or Operating Rules.
