G1–G7, G8 (Full: RP + Token), G9–G10, G11 (GPT technical approval replaces user technical audit), G12.

What is ready:

• PostgreSQL schema: 14 tables, 7 functions, 6 triggers, 41 indexes
• Directus surface: 14 collections, API-readable
• Seed: 61 vocab/config rows in 8 tables
• Access control: 2 roles, 2 policies, 84 permissions, 2 users, 2 GSM tokens

What is NOT yet done:

• Core/member tables still empty — no real information units migrated
• No Nuxt/Pivot rendering
• No KG/vector sync

Next milestone:

P10 Pilot Cut-and-Render — select real documents, segment into TAC units, insert, assemble back for User visible review.
