WF list — Workflow Manage Index

Purpose

This prefix stores workflow lists and workflow-management drafts for the laws-new / DOT manage operating track.

SSOT rule

• AgentData KB is the evidence / workflow-management SSOT.
• VPS /opt/incomex remains code/runtime SSOT.
• Local web-test remains staging only.

Current subfolders

• WF-draft/ — draft workflow list, grouped by related operating procedures before promotion into a stable handbook/index.

File grouping rule

Do not create one file per tiny workflow unless necessary. Group related procedures into compact files:

1. DOT lifecycle and anti-orphan procedures.
2. Registry/catalog/ledger procedures.
3. C1 dry-run/W7 authorization procedures.
4. Evidence/readback/SSOT procedures.
5. Operator capability and apply/runbook procedures.

Each file should stay short, readable, and actionable.
