<NON_VECTOR_ROOT> is a placeholder constant, not a path. It is repointed only by an owner/operator designation (07 §6).

2. KB-summary mirror (vector KB)

  → summary + hash + pointer + regeneration command ONLY. NEVER raw logs (ESCROW_E5 if violated).

3. Required statements (macro §5.6)

This layout is future-only.
No root is designated.
No run packet is created.
No raw log is written.

4. Invariants this layout preserves

Raw stdout/stderr/*.log live ONLY under the no-vector root, outside the vector embedding pipeline.
The KB holds the recipe + summary + hash + pointer + regen — never the raw transcript.
hash_manifest.sha256 is the canonical ledger; packet_tree.sha256 = sha256(hash_manifest.sha256).
nvsz_root.designated = false until owner/operator designates; an agent-set root = ESCROW_E9 / ROOT_E4.
A run + its evidence are disposable as ONE unit (delete-fast); no canonical residue.

5. Boundary

Phase 1 creates none of this. The tree is a future drawing; the brackets are placeholders.
Designating a root is owner/operator-only and is a Phase-3 action (blocked by MCB-5).
