Terminology Glossary (v2.1) — Compatibility Note

Reading category: READ_OLD_WITH_COMPATIBILITY_NOTE (catalog record #15, KEEP+NOTE). Status of this note: READ-ONLY · NON-AUTHORIZING · NOT enacted law. 2026-06-17, rev1.

1. Old source

  • Path: knowledge/dev/laws/terminology-glossary.md — "Giải thích Từ ngữ Hiến pháp Kiến trúc" v2.1 (S150+).
  • Status: Reference glossary (a shared-vocabulary anchor), not an enacted law itself. Unchanged by this work.

2. Preserved goal

Disambiguate the easily-confused classification systems (especially Lớp vs Tầng vs Layer), define the Điều-37 governance terms, and anchor NT11 (declare-minimum). This shared vocabulary remains the anchor; the new model must speak the same words for the same things.

3. How F0→F5/FX interprets it

  • The glossary stays the vocabulary anchor. The F0→F5/FX vocabulary is mapped onto it, not substituted for it: TEMP_ID (birth/workspace) → BIRTH_STAMP / PROMOTE_STAMP (promote output); brick / Information Unit (subject) vs kho tạm / candidate (place); scanner (list-only) vs checker (verdict-only) vs promote; cell_id (matrix cell); One-Roof (conceptual roof over existing ledgers). These mappings are documentary.
  • The glossary's existing distinctions are preserved and reused: managed entity = ID + registry + metadata; "Mồ côi Điều 37" (orphan agency, top-down) vs "Mồ côi Điều 0-G" (entity without birth, bottom-up) = complementary, not replacements; governance_relations (agency relations) vs universal_edges (entity relations).
  • New terms (canonical birth, promote, atomic-promote, fail-closed checker, list-only scanner) are candidate vocabulary to be added to the glossary later under Owner gate — not added now.

4. What is NOT authorized

  • No new enacted vocabulary; no edit to the glossary file. The F0→FX mappings are recorded in newlaws/, not merged into terminology-glossary.md.
  • No resolution of the composition/cell vocabulary (that is CONS-003 / CELL-*, Owner decisions).
  • No technical design, Phase-1, live query, schema/registry change, or authority-order change.

5. Remaining blockers / caveats

  • CONS-003 (BLOCKER): the glossary inherits the 6-Lớp-vs-7-dimension ambiguity (composition vs species meta-layer); blocks cell_id.
  • CELL-003 / 004 / 007 (BLOCKERs): cell_id dimensions (layer / species / store / domain) are not materialized; the matrix-cell vocabulary cannot be finalized until resolved.
  • Canonical-birth / promote / stamp vocabulary is not yet in the enacted glossary — read the F0→F5/FX docs for those definitions until a future glossary note adds them.

6. Where this fits in the index

LAW_READING_INDEX.md §3.2, record #15, category READ_OLD_WITH_COMPATIBILITY_NOTE.

7. Bad readings this note rejects

  • "The glossary already defines the new-model terms as enacted vocabulary" → FALSE; they are candidate mappings recorded in newlaws/.
  • "F0→FX vocabulary replaces the glossary's terms" → FALSE; it maps onto them.
  • "Orphan-Điều-37 and Orphan-Điều-0-G are the same / one replaces the other" → FALSE; they are complementary.
