The new model in one screen (the classification lens)
F0→F5/FX is an implementation/rollout/compatibility method under the Constitution, not a competing authority. Its load-bearing invariants:
- Lego/DOT/stamp/checker/scanner: DOT = a narrow info-completion machine (one small task), not a governance/assembly/scale engine; stamp = completion marker (not an approval workflow); checker = fail-closed verdict ("no checker, no lane"); scanner = list-only — assembles existing signals (
system_issues/fn_log_issue,event_outbox,idx_birth_uncertified, Điều 23), no auto-fix, no full-table-scan. - Governance = relationship/state/classification info over existing ledgers (the "One Roof" is conceptual, not a central registry, not a second birth system).
- Birth minimal: only TEMP_ID at birth (F1); BIRTH_STAMP + canonical birth = output at promote (F4) — never early.
TEMP_ID_STAMP ≠ BIRTH_STAMP. - Owner gate / Mức 3: Owner is the only phase authority; Engineering PASS ≠ Authority PASS; AI proposes, never self-enacts canonical knowledge (fail-closed).
- Everything documentary: all reported-LIVE substrate is downgraded to DOCUMENTARY_ONLY; no live proof anywhere in this survey.
