Rule: Directus/Postgres/schema is DOT-only. No manual SQL, no psql, no Directus generic collection creation for schema/table work.

Current verdict: No confirmed authorized DOT exists for run-scoped disposable staging schema.

Next required work: Macro-9B — author/harden one dedicated run-scoped staging-schema DOT, with allowlist, public/iu_core/prod reject, abort-on-drift, and delete-fast.
