A staging build (M6-A) is a precondition (G-6) for actual TD, but building staging does not open TD. Even after a successful staging build, actual B2 TD still needs G-3/4/5/11 converted to Go (Điều 0-G recovered, channel selected, S2 assigned, blockers resolved). Macro-6 = build-execution at most; never TD.
