0. Status and non-authorization

STATUS: PASS — engineering / design-only. The master list of proof a future build must capture after it completes. Engineering PASS ≠ authority PASS. Default: HOLD.

1. Purpose

Answer macro question 4 (postflight half) — what proof is required after a future build?

2. Sources / evidence read

Macro-4 no-production-touch before/after snapshot (D44); delete-fast evidence requirements (D39, DFE-1…5); preflight checklist (41). Main process, no reader-agents.

3. Accepted baseline (carried)

A build is accepted only if, after it, production is provably unchanged and the staging surface is delete-fast-ready.

4. Evidence / analysis — postflight checklist (PT)

# Postflight check Deliverable
PT-1 production counts unchanged vs preflight 52
PT-2 source unchanged 53
PT-3 staging exists only if authorized 54
PT-4 no promotion occurred 55
PT-5 delete-fast readiness proven 56
PT-6 fail-closed behavior proven 57
PT-7 final pass/fail computed 58

5. Candidate / requirement / gate / result

All seven are obligations; none is run here (no build occurred). The checklist is the shape of a future proof; any unmet check after a build = the build is rejected and rolled back.

6. Owner-gated future work

Running the postflight is part of a build; Owner-gated; forbidden now.

7. What remains unresolved

No build has occurred; the postflight is undefined-until-build.

8. Ready for GPT/Codex review

Yes — Codex should confirm the checklist is an obligation set, not an executed proof.
