Macro-4 Tool/Packet Lock Reconfirmation — R2-B2 (2026-06-19)

Date: 2026-06-19 · Workstream: R2-B2-MACRO-4-STAGING-WORKBENCH-IO-CONTRACT-TD-ENTRY-GATE-2026-06-19 (Deliverable 71 of 90) · Editorial revision: rev1 Class: tool/packet lock reconfirmation · READ-ONLY · NON-ENACTING · NON-AUTHORIZING · NO write performed.

Metadata convention. Editorial revision (rev1) only. Storage revision/content_length authoritative at read time.

0. Status and non-authorization

STATUS: PASS — engineering / design-only. Carries the tool/packet lock verbatim. Engineering PASS ≠ authority PASS. Default: HOLD.

1. Purpose

Reconfirm which tool baseline is authority and which is a separate, non-authoritative dev track.

2. Sources / evidence read

Prompt §0.6 tool/packet lock; Macro-3 tool/packet lock reconfirmation; inspect-producer §3 (B2-AC-11/BI-10). Main process, no reader-agents.

3. Accepted baseline (carried)

The lock as stated below.

4. Evidence / analysis — the lock

v0.1-stable / FIX7 V3 baseline (built by T1): may continue to be used for FIX7 Recheck-9 / the current Codex packet; must not be overwritten; use only as reproducibility / comparison / regression fixture. Tool-Kiem-Thu v0.2-hardening: separate development track on a separate dev surface; may inherit lessons from V3 (black-box oracle, fail-open regression, manifest-laundering prevention); NOT authority for FIX7 until it passes regression and the Owner/User promotes it.

5. Contract / requirement / matrix / result

This macro neither overwrote v0.1/FIX7 V3 nor promoted/used v0.2 as authority. The no-digest-pass rule (Deliverable 53) reuses v0.1's black-box-oracle/manifest-laundering lessons as requirements, not as a promotion. Drift tokens: overwriting v0.1 = FAIL (F8); promoting v0.2 = HOLD (H12)/FAIL (F9). Status this run: NOT triggered.

6. Owner-gated future work

Promoting v0.2 requires regression + Owner promotion; forbidden now.

7. What remains unresolved

v0.2 not promoted; FIX7 authority remains v0.1/V3.

8. Ready for GPT/Codex review

Yes — Codex should confirm the package treats v0.1 as the only FIX7 authority.
