4. Evidence / analysis — for the Owner

• What we built: a paper LEGO workbench for B2 — staging concept, IO contracts, delete-fast + no-production-touch obligations, a bad-input oracle, and refreshed gates. Nothing was built, written, or selected.
• Where we stand (FRESH 2026-06-19): uncertified births 1,211,800 (growing); certified 1,402 (all 2026-03-21); governance_object_ownership 0; pg_cron absent; agent-api 0 birth-bound; KG edges 2,199/0-prov. The pipeline is still a producer that does not exist.
• Two gates, both NO-GO: actual B2 TD (G-1…G-11) and staging build (SB-1…SB-6).
• Three decisions still yours: channel (lean agent-api / host cron), S2 owner (dedicated role), Điều 0-G path (recover-first / accept-with-caveat).
