0. Status and non-authorization
STATUS: PASS — engineering / design-only. The operating model that ties the workbench, IO contracts, and delete-fast into one "test freely, discard fast" loop. Engineering PASS ≠ authority PASS. Default: HOLD.
1. Purpose
Describe how a future operator works: draft a B2 candidate, test it in isolation, discard it if wrong — production untouched.
2. Sources / evidence read
Draft object lifecycle (13–18); workbench concept (6); delete-fast master (37); bad-input oracle (49). Main process, no reader-agents.
3. Accepted baseline (carried)
The freedom to iterate comes from disposability + isolation, not relaxed rules.
4. Evidence / analysis — operating model
| Step | Action | LEGO property |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | draft a candidate B2 on the disposable workbench | born separately |
| 2 | exercise it against a controlled fixture (same B3 shape, same Điều 0-G rules) | checked separately |
| 3 | read candidate inspect_* + staging evidence |
records-not-decides |
| 4 | if wrong, delete the whole unit (delete-fast) | discarded separately |
| 5 | draft a replacement against the same IO contract | replaced separately |
| 6 | never promote without an Owner gate | firewall holds |
5. Contract / requirement / matrix / result
The model is safe because every step operates on disposable artifacts behind explicit IO contracts, with production provably untouched. It is a model, not a runnable procedure — no producer or surface exists.
6. Owner-gated future work
Running the model requires a built producer + staging — Owner-gated; forbidden now.
7. What remains unresolved
The model is conceptual; no draft is created or tested.
8. Ready for GPT/Codex review
Yes — Codex should confirm the model keeps each step independently discardable and production-free.
