STATUS: PASS — engineering / design-readiness. The one-screen summary of the 90-file Macro-4 package. Engineering PASS ≠ authority PASS. Default: HOLD.

Macro-3 accepted at decision-prep level; B-A design-only branch opened; recommendations carried as assumptions.

4. Evidence / analysis — what Macro-4 delivers

• Staging workbench (concept-only): a disposable, isolated, delete-fast draft surface mirroring the B3 inspect_* shape and Điều 0-G rules — never production. Not built.
• IO contract envelope: a versioned per-block contract (input/output/error/evidence/rollback/owner/promotion/forbidden surfaces) — a contract, not a registry.
• B2 IO contracts: candidate-only inspect_* output, fail-closed error contract, S7-shaped evidence, one-unit rollback/delete, owner-approval, production firewall.
• Delete-fast + no-production-touch: one disposal unit; before/after production snapshot proof obligations.
• Bad-input oracle: invalid input must never create digest/PASS/stamp/certify; fail-open ⇒ REJECT. No test run.
• TD-entry gate v2 + staging-build gate: both aggregate NO-GO today.
