• Preserved the existing 1x definition.
• Added current scale status:
  • 120x verified PASS.
  • 240x verified PASS.
  • 480x authoring/test/proof/report succeeded; production apply blocked by missing pg_dump/DDL execution tool.
  • ~500x accepted as active experimental scale while production apply remains gated.
• Added KB update safety section forbidding metadata-only update with empty content.
