Current State — FIX7 Recheck-9 Packet V2 (2026-06-10)

Status: FIX7_RECHECK9_PACKET_HARDENED_SELF_CODEX_PASS — T1 closed Codex blockers R9-B1..R9-B5 as one lane; packet V2 awaits a fresh Codex rerun. Production mutation: NO · Codex consulted: NO · N7/N8/P7: NOT SEALED · Blueprint approval: NOT AUTHORIZED (owner do-not-approve stands).

What is true now:

  • The Recheck-9 packet is KB-native and self-verifying: 19 files at knowledge/dev/laws/tool-kiem-thu/packets/fix7-codex-recheck-9-2026-06-10/; corpus = the 10 canonical blueprint ids; fresh KB-only reconstruction reproduces the identical runnable tree (21752e19…480) and bash RERUN.sh passes its 10 live gates (strict shell, every exit checked).
  • Codex's exact adversarial probes now fail closed and are permanent executable packet tests: literal tamper (forbidden_operations_found=999) → verify + full RERUN exit 1; missing doc 05 → --produce exit 4 with ALL candidate digests SUPPRESSED_CORPUS_NOT_OK. Adversarial suite: 22/22 across 12 tamper classes, rerun on every RERUN.
  • manifest.json is split authority (every field recomputed fail-closed at --verify; unverifiable fields structurally excluded) vs explanatory (declared non-authority).
  • P-EXT-2 applied (authorized by the lane macro): canonicalizer SSOT .md rev2→rev3, bytes 144eb3d9…412a49c386a9b9666c09786fc4f89bc79776b6046eaee6f4da6d8537d2c753b734d0 (byte-exact apply proven by re-fetch hash); selftest 45/45; valid-corpus digest values unchanged; new hash is a CANDIDATE, not sealed.
  • Current KB byte hashes proven at MCP-byte level for the 10 docs (all == packet pins) + SSOT, revision-bound, double-fetch deterministic. Residual: no server-side digest endpoint (named, action-ready, does not block the rerun).

Remaining = Codex/owner authority only: N7 sealed inputs, N8 detached seal, P7 re-seal over rev3, owner do-not-approve, plus the R9-B5 server-side-digest residual if Codex requires it.

Minimal safe next step: route packet V2 to Codex for the fresh Recheck-9 rerun and seal decision.
