Status: FIX7_REAL_N6_ENGINEERING_CANDIDATE_READY_UNDER_TKT_V02

One-line

A real, non-rehearsal N6 = active_corpus_sha256 = d777e87c… now exists as an ENGINEERING_VERIFIED_CANDIDATE, proven fresh from governed KB and firewalled from every authority act. The engineering half of SEAL_REAL_N6_NOT_AVAILABLE is closed; the authority half remains.

What is true now (engineering)

• N6 is computable and reproduced byte-exact from the 10 frozen governed blueprint docs via the governed canonicalizer (d9caa9fe…), with corpus_ok + membership_frozen_ok + membership f2bda8….
• A fail-closed verifier + certificate + 27 adversarial probes + 8-rule firewall all pass; the packet reproduces end-to-end from KB (RERUN_RESULT: PASS).
• The candidate is classed ENGINEERING_VERIFIED_CANDIDATE, authority=NOT_A_SEAL, creates no N7/N8/P7, and requires owner/Codex to promote.

What is NOT true (must not be claimed)

• N6 is not sealed, not an OFFICIAL_PIN, not owner/Codex-ratified.
• N7/N8/P7 are not created and remain blocked.
• FIX7 implementation is not unblocked.
• The N-number table is not ratified (engineering convention only).
