Current State — FIX7 N7/N8/P7 Authority-Input Packet (2026-06-11)
Current State — FIX7 N7/N8/P7 Authority-Input Packet (2026-06-11)
Status: FIX7_N7_N8_P7_AUTHORITY_INPUT_PACKET_READY
On 2026-06-11, T1 prepared the authority-input packet for the next owner/Codex N7→N8→P7 authoring phase, consuming Codex's 2026-06-11 ratification.
- N-number table:
RATIFIED_FOR_BINDING_USE(Codex) — used as binding. - N6
d777e87c…b258c:RATIFIED_ENGINEERING_VERIFIED_CANDIDATE(Codex) — engineering candidate only; NOT an official seal, NOT an official pin; does not by itself authorize N7/N8/P7. - N7 / N8 / P7:
NOT_AUTHORED / NOT_AUTHORED / NOT_AUTHORED. - Implementation / production: BLOCKED.
- REAL_RUN / QT001 / permit / activation / repoint / cutover: NO.
The N7 envelope (rev5) now references the ratified N6 candidate instead of the
stale SEAL_REAL_N6_NOT_AVAILABLE prose, while keeping N6 an engineering
candidate and all authority inputs MISSING.
Missing authority inputs (owner/Codex only): A1 approval_event_id, A2
approver_identity, A3 approval_event_timestamp, A5 owner_blueprint_decision,
explicit owner decision (OWN-1), Codex N8 signer/timestamp/parent/report digest,
P7 authority IDs + real upstream N7/N8. ready_to_author = false.

Checkpoint: knowledge/dev/reports/architecture/checkpoint-fix7-n7-n8-p7-authority-input-packet-2026-06-11.md.
Next step: owner issues the OWN-1 decision; if the seal is authorized, route
to a separately authorized Codex authority-seal authoring macro (N7 → N8 → P7).
