Current State — FIX7 Codex N-number/N6 Authority-Seal Review
Status: CODEX_FIX7_N_NUMBER_OR_N6_REJECTED
The real-N6 digest d777e87c73d3b62d36789d9343f346102e98dbf301f2c93f7608470b876b258c is reproducible from governed KB bytes, but is not ratified because the verifier accepts duplicate declared corpus members and duplicate manifest entries and emits a certificate.
The proposed N-number table is not ratified for binding use because the active N7 authority envelope still labels membership as N1, conflicting with the proposal that membership is unnumbered and N1 is the per-document digest. Alignment and T2 proof packets also remain incomplete at their governed packet paths.
No N7, N8, P7, official pin, production approval, implementation authorization, Tool-Kiem-Thu promotion, Stage 2.6B, permit, REAL_RUN, QT001/apply, activation, repoint, cutover, PG, Directus, registry, or system_issues mutation occurred.
Next required work: T1 closes both duplicate fail-open classes and reconciles every binding N-number surface; T2 makes its review packet reconstructable. Then a new independent Codex review is required.
