Current-State — FIX7 Authority / N-Node TKT v0.2 Alignment (2026-06-11)

Status: FIX7_AUTHORITY_N_NODE_TKT_V02_ALIGNMENT_NEEDS_OWNER_OR_CODEX_RATIFICATION.

Where the FIX7 authority lane stands now

  • Engineering: clean. Encoder (13344f92…) byte-exact reconstructed from KB and fail-closed across 48 selftests, 19 Codex probes, 10 supplemental probes — 0 fail-open. Every Codex-rejection defect re-verified CLOSED on the actual governed file. No contract defect remains.
  • N-node numbering: reconciled as engineering convention, enforced by an executable checker (n_node_checker.py, 15/15). MC-1 (N1/N2 drift) and MC-2 (N9 naming) are now non-exploitable — swapped/unknown/diagnostic-as-authority labels fail closed. Binding numbering awaits owner/Codex ratification (G-DOC-1).
  • Governance: T1/T2 lane boundary documented; T2 v0.2 consumed not forked; objects allocated TKT-OBJ-225..240 (collision-free); v0.2 + V3 baseline read-only.
  • Authority seal: still gated. No real N7/N8/P7. SEAL_REAL_N6_NOT_AVAILABLE, A1/A2/A3/A5, OWN-1 stand.

Remaining blockers (authority/owner only — none are engineering)

  1. N-number ratification (G-DOC-1/2/3) — owner/Codex.
  2. SEAL_REAL_N6_NOT_AVAILABLE (G-AUTH-1) — owner/operator + Codex.
  3. G-AUTH-2 authority inputs — owner/Codex.
  4. G-OWNER-1 (OWN-1) do-not-approve — owner.

NEXT decision (for owner/Codex)

Ratify the canonical N-number table (fix7-n-node-numbering-reconciliation-under-tkt-v02-2026-06-11.json) → then real-N6 provenance macro → then authority seal. Codex was NOT called in this macro.
