Huyen Operating Dashboard — Không cần nhớ chi tiết — 2026-05-14

Mục đích

File này là bảng điều khiển ngắn để Huyên không phải nhớ chi tiết. Khi bắt đầu phiên mới, chỉ cần search: huyen operating dashboard hoặc hôm nay làm gì tiếp.

Nguyên tắc điều hành

• Huyên không cần nhớ path/report/phase.
• Agent/GPT phải tự search dashboard + roadmap + report mới nhất trước khi trả lời.
• Việc mới phải theo quy trình: Claude Code xhigh design → GPT/Opus/Codex review → Revise → Approve → Implement → Test → KB report.
• Không chạy vòng quanh; mỗi phase phải có DONE/Next/Deferred rõ.

Ưu tiên hiện tại

1. MCP App backup channel cho GPT — chỉ làm tối thiểu để có kênh phụ khi Custom Action connector lỗi.
2. Miếng thông tin — ưu tiên production tiếp theo sau khi kênh phụ ổn; đây là nền để tự động hóa quy trình và điều phối agent.
3. Tự động hóa agent/API — Hermes/OpenClaw/Codex/cheap models làm task nhỏ; Huyên chỉ định hướng, duyệt kế hoạch.

Trạng thái MCP App backup channel

• Custom Action connector đã nối lại và dùng làm kênh chính tạm thời cho GPT Council.
• MCP server đã có các profile /mcp, /mcp-readonly, /mcp-gpt, /mcp-gpt-full.
• D1 list_documents SQL pushdown đã DONE, commit 19315ce, p95 giảm từ 4.47s xuống 23–138ms.
• D2a JSON/SSE content negotiation đã DONE, commit 34ca724, 24/24 Accept matrix, public JSON/SSE, FastMCP E2E PASS.
• D3 move_document schema cleanup đã DONE, commit 62653d0, /mcp and /mcp-gpt-full now 10 tools, public /mcp-gpt remains 8 tools.
• Next: fresh ChatGPT MCP App test.
• Nếu pass: dừng MCP backup channel tại đây và quay lại miếng thông tin.
• Nếu fail/hang: mở diagnosis ticket riêng; không tiếp tục mở rộng MCP lung tung.
• Không expose /mcp-gpt-full public lúc này.

Deferred TD — không làm ngay

• D4 async vector sync / double embedding.
• Full Streamable HTTP resumability.
• Per-agent token/profile/audit/rate-limit cho Hermes/OpenClaw.
• Data integrity warning.
• Full automation platform.
